Dave leads the Customer Success Team at Kaer where he is responsible for delivering Kaer’s Brand Experience across their regional “air-conditioning as a service” portfolio. With a background in consumer marketing and over 10 years of experience in the building industry, Dave specialises in understanding Kaer’s customers to provide insights that drive Kaer’s product development and customer engagement platform.
As an advocate of the “product-as-a-service” model, Dave is a regular contributor to Project Breakthrough, sharing experiences with large MNC’s and start-ups who are looking to transition to this disruptive business model.
Dave is a regular speaker at conferences and industry events, and sits as the Chair of the Built Environment Committee for the British Chamber of Commerce.
